  • This guy is a hero

  • What does the TED behind him stand for?

  • @IriathZhul The TED talks. It's a series of lectures on various subjects mostly related to science and the environment. I believe the Ted in question is Ted Turner.

  • @IriathZhul Technology, Entertainment and Design.

  • @DarthSatoris Thanks.

  • just imagine the sexual fantasies he and sylvia browne have about one another.Their whole interaction reeks of courtship to me. Am I in deep shit yet? Seems like a let down to me. James Randi is a fraud because he claims that he wants to expose people he is actually hopelessly sexually attracted to. Imagine all the little self-effacing little shortcuts they could take together. Probably both too old though.

  • Speaking to the dead is fake and 100% not real.

  • montell williams is a fuckwad

  • Haha. They never come back from hell. Interesting point.

  • whatever a person claims to be fighting against is what they are.

  • @CDanielzSpecialist u mean Randi is a fraud?

  • @linkuei83 well, who does he surround himself with?

  • @CDanielzSpecialist he doesn't surround himself with fraudsters unlike your kind does, and by frauds you mean whom exactly, can you name anyone you consider fraud? Please enlighten us oh great wizard, but you should consult your stars 1st because spouting nonsense will get you into some deep shit if you're not careful.

  • @linkuei83 I thrive on that. Don't let me down. You're a fraud and James Randi is a fraud. Frauds fight frauds. Me...I dodge bullets. Last word!

  • @CDanielzSpecialist Sorry you don't dodge bullets, you bite em, you aren't Neo. And it's a great honor when a fraud calls me a fraud cause i know you are butthurt, as for last words stars tells me are probably going to be "what tra...". Cheers fraudster!

  • @linkuei83 an internet toughguy born I take it 1983 no surprise. Can't handle discourse without trying to edge up the competition with empty threats. I'm still waiting. If you don't like fraud how come you haven't eradicated any of it. You either can't get it done or are reinforcing it somehow. You wouldn't want to be without it now would you. And you can't resist the anonymous forum...being someone else, not the real you. You gonna talk to me until I get tired of you?

  • @CDanielzSpecialist empty threats, i haven't make any threats, don't try to impress yourself. You are 28 also you moron what are you on? Now to the point. To eradicate fraud it's not easy, it's very hard cause of people like you. It's easier to put a blindfold and stay ignorant than not to and in case you haven't noticed things are changing but then again you'd need to remove your blindfold. Anonymous hm... the same forums you are on?! Oh hai thar Superman sorry thought you were somebody else.

  • @linkuei83 wah wah it's too hard. I guess I'm getting the better of you then if you can't eradicate fraud because of me. I'm better than you are, even if we were both born the same year. sucks to be you.

  • @CDanielzSpecialist not you specific you moron. I think you overestimate yourself, get down from your horse. I wonder what makes you think you're better, you read it in the cards i take it? Thanks for the laughs idiot.

  • @linkuei83 get down from my horse? well shucks. A man never drifts far from his horse if its a good horse I reckon. If you think I overestimate myself, get back to me when you think you're sure. You wouldn't want to be wrong about something like that. Get my drift?

  • @CDanielzSpecialist nice comeback, not. Keep ya horse then, i'll get a jet.

  • @linkuei83 you and I both know that ain't true. If you had a jet it would crash down to earth.

  • Well.. the warningtext at homeopatic medicine has to be ther "just incase" said by the societies institutions, and not by the homeopaths themselves. They say that it's NOT harmfull to eat an whole bottle of sleepingpills.

    Also.. google "james-randi-and-his-one-million-dollar-challenge-fraud/"

  • JR is such a boss as usual.

  • Bah... Let the fools take their homeopathy... Hopefully it'll take them out of the gene pool and only leave the critical thinkers.

  • Ha ha ha! Look to the master teaching his cynic pupils! Bravo! The man likes being rational. Leave those millions apart Randi.

  • @duartefilnetcabo You need to elucidate your sentences. Try again.

  • Ha ha ha! Look to the master teaching his cynic pupils! Bravo!

  • I think he's wrong about how dangerous cold readers are. They are a LEGITIMATE... form of entertainment. People enjoy the service, most people don't give a shit about reality. Think about how most theists don't go to church or synagogue or mosque, they just accept it as true and stop worrying about it. It's the same.

  • @Nervousification You have a point, but doesn't it also snugly fit into the legal definition of fraud?

  • @Yony42 Victim-less fraud, but yes, fraud none the less. I've had this exact experience many times, where I explain to someone how cold reading works (Even doing cold readings myself.) and they say "Damn it! I wish you wouldn't have told me that!" It ruins the fun. Then some people will take it too far, asking for highly expensive rocks that cure cancer, psychic surgery, that is pure evil. But if we didn't live in a monetary based economy, there would be no reason to deceive people like that.

  • @Nervousification Yeah it's a sorry world we live in :(

  • @Nervousification Well, it really depends on the situation whether it's victimless or not---if you believe John Edward is real, and paid for a ticket to the TV show because of it, then you were scammed. So those who paid to believe are the victims---no less than the guys who went around slumming for the apocalypse back in May. I'd also say that arguments that justify the fraud by gullibility are just attempts to draw a line between "deserving" and "undeserving" victims.

  • wonder if he could pull his pants up a bit more.

  • Really TED? Toss the baby out with the bathwater? As a magician, he's convincing.

  • If more dilute means stronger, he should have just taken 1 pill

  • @230205

more pills doesn't make them anymore diluted.

  • He pwns scam artists!

  • @newrosenewman Yes, of course they support it; most make money on it. You have to look at the research and critically review it to determine it's validity. There are methodologies for this. If the studies can pass the scrutiny of critical review, than there is no reason for science to ignore. it.

  • @newrosenewman Argument from authority.

  • @newrosenewman So what? That's like getting a hundred mathematicians to agree that 1+1=2. I, like any reasonable person, would rather see the mathematical work behind it.

  • @TheNamelessCharacter The reason I agree with the statement 1+1=2 is not because every other sane person agrees, it's because it makes sense mathematically.

  • STRONG SUPPORTORS OF HOMEOPATHY

    David Anick PhD MD

  • @newrosenewman And an appeal to authority proves precisely FUCK ALL... smart people can be pretty fucking stupid at times.

  • @newrosenewman And yet he didn't fall asleep.
