Why would they have an announcer who isn't able to speak? Hard Copy was one of the worst shows of all time. It was nothing but editorialized "news stories". Bill O'Reilly was one of the hosts of the show. I remember watching an episode as a kid where they spent the whole show hyping up a story about shark attacks. They ended up doing the story over the credits for under 30 seconds. I never watched it again after that.
