Shelly goofed a bit on a primary issue. All she would have to do if her provider cut the hours, all you need to do is find a new host. Yeah it would be annoying and you would lose a few days but you would have spoken with your feet and wallet.

You would not at all have to go to the FCC and that would be a disaster anyway. Wait weeks, months and maybe years for them to do something? No thanks.

It was inevitable. I'm surprised they let it go this long. Regulating the internet is an obvious strategic necessity for the government/corporations. Successful prosecution of their agenda e.g. consumerism, commercialism, wars, war on terror, global warming, vaccines, destruction of individual rights and freedoms etc. hinges on their control of information and ideas. The only place you've been able to challenge their agenda freely without interference until now has been the internet.
