Those techniques look really cool. Are they the moves on the DVD? Is the DVD aimed at beginners or more experienced dancers. I'm thinking those moves may be too difficult for beginners (but really I have no idea about dancing).

I bought it. A lot of people can do all these moves and styles, sure. Very very few can teach it this well. He gets right to the mental blocks that stop people from being able to move like this. I feel really lucky to have found it. (Now just give me a few weeks...;)

Wow, a lot of negativity bro. I have done my research and a lot of 'professionally made' DVDs don't give you the knowledge. I teach in London and the South East UK, have taught 1000's of people how to dance and have now put the techniques into a DVD. The text on screen is for a slow motion part in the Gliding section. Do you see text apart from that clip? Also, some beginners don't know what stretches to do. Are you looking for perfect camera work or looking to learn how to dance?
