Wow nothing like indoctrinating these kids with a Marxists worldview. If Wellstone was truly for the good he would have never past legislation to kill the unborn, he should have been protecting them!
Wow! Are you an Icelandic citizen? Heading back to Iceland? I've been here in STC for three years, from Nor-Cal. orig. I've also visited Iceland..twice! and love it. Hope to go back soon. I didn't know Bill Holms died until this evening via MPR. Very sad, but a beautiful tribute.
I read his last book "windows on Brimhs" (might be spelling that last word wrong) while on a motorcycle trip last summer. It is one of the best books I've ever read. I live in St. Cloud, and hoped I would get to meet him someday, I guess I waited too long. Smart, passionate, compassionate and above all interesting. The world lost a good man.
its Brimnes actually :-) I was just listening to a tribute to Bill on MPR from the Fitz...a remarkable man. Being an Icelander myself with strong Minnesota ties - I feel like I share a lot of his emotions. By the way I also live in St. Cloud - as of yet anyway...been here since 2002 attending SCSU but now its time to leave I guess...which is hard because I've come to love Minnesota and I feel like I've put down some roots here. I'll always cherish my time here. :)
Wellstone Worldview Is Inauthentic.

Holm’s is about as pretentious as they come.

A beautiful tribute to two beautiful souls. Death snatched another big one. Thank you, Media Mike, for keeping our memories alive..
