loreal Hip & drug store liners like wet n wild they black but they dry fast i have black track n also elf < cream liner n is really good for 3 $ is dosent dry is really good "love the look"

I love this look!!! On the Hip & drug store liners I find them to be ok they get the job done but like TheGlamPlan said they do tend to dry out quicker... Oh and I think you forgot to add the gold glitter to your eye... It's ok because the look was still cute... I love the jeans do plan to buy some once there for sale...
