yo elliott!! what if i am completely unable to get my lower back to touch the floor cuz of the way my back curves?? is there a way to overcome this problem or am i stuck with this arched back for life?
wow thx a bunch u just solved my problem ive got those lowest abs and a shity arch in the low region in my back, will doing this hopefully correct the arch in my low back?
what about the hanging leg raise, any way to realy target the abs there?
