Let me get this straight, So I can vote 1000000000 times for any story that I like, and there are absolutely no limitations?
I would really suggest making the voting the same way as it was before, considering it will for sure get out of hand because of the amount of votes each story will get by one person. You could at least put a cap on the voting to a few times a day with 1 or 2 votes each, or something like that.

Yes, you can vote for any story as many times as you would like. The rule applies to every story, keeping it fair.
It also gives an opportunity for the fans to show just how passionate they are about a particular story.
Other examples of this include: What the Buck's Mr and Mrs YouTube contests, as well as American Idol.
