@Born2BeNoobi Read the instructions man! Go into training mode and press start and go to "command list" and you'll see a list of all your moves. In order to do an Ultra you need to have taken hits until the Ultra meter in the corner is on fire. Then you execute your ultra. It's different for everyone, but Ryus 1st ultra for example is down to forward, down to forward then all three punches at once.

@rub504 you need to buy a hard copy, it's only being released on disc. it's cheaper than most games though. I don't know where you're from but here in the UK most new games are around £40+. I got Super SF4 for less than £22.

@bodygard11 you said "after the first punch" - this makes me think you're trying to press punch 3 times quickly. Ultras don't work like that, you have to press all 3 punches at the same time. You'll probably find the left bumper (LB) on your xbox pad is assigned as 3xpunch, so you can use this for it as a shortcut.
