Uhh it does look like shes in the middle, and in the middle theres a lap belt that she would have been wearing, now i agree that she should have been in the back but maybe she was in a booster seat and maybe her mother feels that she is old enought to be in the front seat, so alll of you need to backoff and let her raise her child the way she pleases. Doubtful considering that she is turned sideways in the front seat, facing her mothers camera. If she were properly strapped in, she should only be able to slightly turn her body. And taking into consideration that the car is in motion, and it's probably not a smooth road, it still looks like she's bouncing up and down in the seat . . .

For arguments sake - lets say your right and she is in the middle of the front seat, next to her mother - she's still not in a proper safety seat for a child her size.

I can't say as though I watched specifically to see if she were using a seatbelt - but a responsible individual would see how unsafe this is.

While the original intent of the video may have been on the little girl singing, the dangerous act being committed is what responsible individuals see.

I'm sure there are people out there who allow underage kids in the front seat - but they are probably buckled up, and most likely aren't filming . . . not that that would make it alright either.

Bottom line is this is dangerous. The people who need to grow up are the ones that find this perfectly acceptable. An accident only takes 1 second.
