I was standing at that corner (where the lambo) crashed back in 2008 at the European Drift Championship's and a Nissan Skyline came round that corner too fast and hit the wall where the lambo did sideways and rolled up over the wall to where me and a few others were standing and missed all of us by inches! I happen to be in the hobby of rc cars. When i jump my 1/8th scale monster truck off a ramp and it fails and hits the ground with a large clump, i usually say damn, that sounded expensive. Well, THIS CRASH sounds DAAMN expensive!!!!!
Yeah it was looking that way for last few laps - thats why i was tuned int him each time he came round. Plus he crashed 2 weeks before this (at hairpin i think).
It wasn't actually a marshal(with one L lol!), it was a photographer, no marshals stand where he was because we know things like that can happen! He was okay tho, just a bit battered and bruised i believe, although the same can't be said for his £3000 camera lens...
