And then notice that he never denies that the Department of Defense was involved, he says the 9-11 Commission saw no evidence to indicate that. Sounds like someone has been schooled in plausible deniability procedures.

Notice how 9-11 Commission Co-Chair Lee Hamilton adds a little chuckle when he quotes conspiracy theorists statements that the President ordered the 9-11 attacks. Why would he have to add a chuckle?
