@Parqueiininja the water evaporates a little bit as it is in contact with the extremely hot pan. Then the water vapour makes a little air cushion under the liquid droplets which lifts up the body of the droplet and stops it from coming in direct contact with the pan... i think...

This is called the leidenfrost effect...where the temperature of the pan is ALOT hotter than the boiling point of the mercury

@AppleAssassin she does it with water actualy they call it the mercury ball because with the leidenfrost effect the water will look like mercury because it stays in little beads even if its fucken hot
