  • I still prefer netkar's physics but I'm jealous of the online community in iracing

  • They need to change that graphic from 2x champion to 3x champion

  • two of the most famous drivers in the world???? who the fuck is tony stewart?

  • @giuliano170 You obviously have no idea who Tony Stewart is.

  • @giuliano170 You obviously dont follow NASCAR. He won the NASCAR championship this year. He also did it in 2002, and 2005

  • I bought Iracing and the thing I have to pay to have all other cars and tracks? jesus sucks very limited unless youre rich.

  • @MaRcIu27 Its alright, you wont need every car/track when you start, buy it as you go and decide what path you want to go down. It'll work in what way suits you.

  • iRacing taught Stewart how to turn right! lol

Only joking, both are great drivers, interesting vid...

  • The reason his faster then the testers is cause he can actually drive!! Unlike the shocking testers true story.

  • nope, FFB is no need to get real fast

  • If you love racing and can afford it, I highly recommend iRacing!

  • Screw iRacing

  • $100 for a year, and about the same as Xbo xlive wirh the current promo. Cars run $15 tracks around $11. You start with 6 of each. It is a service and u r paying to race with others who r trying to race as clean as possible unlike online racing anywhere else then or now. There is no cheating, your stats are tracked, and yeah there are wrecks with most being true accidents but thats racing. Hosted races, official races, time trials, practice, and testing. Again a simulation service and not a vid

  • To those that don't have iRacing here is my experience in sims. I started with Indy 500 on the old pcs in the late 80's. Went from that to Nascar Racing on the PC and yearly releases on the Xboxes. I settled in with Nascar Racing 2003 over the past 5 years.I upgraded my hardware to Logi G25 force feedback. FF is a must if u want to be competitive. I've rode in a stock car around Indy and drove one at Kentucky in the Gordon Racing school. Minus the seat in the pants feel, iRacing is the best. I'

  • @swingdangler Yeah im tired of peopled saying its a waste of money..and btw..people have been telling me its like nr2003. whats ur opinion on that? i think they're nothing alike

  • @MegaJB39 iRacing and NR2003 are nothing alike. The track models are more accurate in iRacing, the force feedback bumps in every track is in iRacing and not NR2003. The graphics are of course better, the scale is real on iRacing as opposed to the reduced scale of NR2003. The physics are better in iRacing than NR2003. Your not on ice on iRacing as most were on NR2003. You can save your car better (tire model/physics) in iRacing much better than in NR. You can rub in iRacing & not wreck unlikeNR.

  • @MegaJB39 Waste of money? LOL! Smoking cigs is a waste of money. If you want the best racing sim available with the best service and some of the best and I might add safest drivers, iracing is the way to go.

  • "... best ever sim-motorsport software created."

Please, stop reading PR-scripts and OVER-doing self-ADV. Do what you do best and let other judge it (customers most of all). Sure you get new customers get hooked, but current subscribers will dissolve being upset of problems behind such "best ever sim-software" and PR-actions.

  • Another thing the steering wheels are way too expensive for what yopu get.My 90 dollar mouse lasts me for years and years.A steering wheel lasts a year if you're very lucky.

No matter how many times I practiced,I sucked. Sorry Iracing, for people that aren't dumb like me,it's a great sim.

  • Another thing the steering wheels are way too expensive for what yopu get.My 90 mouse lasts me for years and years.A steering wheel lasts a year if you're very lucky.

  • I had to give up otherwise I would've thrown myself from a cliff from being frustrated at being shit.

  • I tried Iracing but couldn't get out of the rookie class.

I sucked so I got out.

  • I'd also like to add that you don't really need to buy tracks in the beginning either. Just hang with the MX-5s and legend cars. I'm at class B now, I think, but my fav cars are still the rookie and D cars. Having no fun what so ever in the high level cars. Way too damn fast for me. Well, the Star Mazdas are great, but the others I have no control over :P

  • I'm surprised he got tired driving the sim, He must have been buggered after driving the F1 car. The F1 blokes are EXTREMELY fit!!

I bet they ran that McLaren with maxium downforce!

  • good idea but too much talking about the event and not enough footage of the actual driving! That is why I bothered watching in the first place....

  • Where's the video of Hamilton's stock car laps?

  • Comment removed

  • Peccato non facciano una versione retail (come i vecchi tempi con Nascar Racing 2003)

  • No 720P+ really? It's 2011 and your a big company..

  • @xocekim No grammar, really? It's 2011 and you're still an illiterate idiot.

  • I used iRacing for a number of months before I went to compete in the Skip Barber Karting Scholarship Shootout in 2010. It definitely helped me get a handle on the F2000 quickly.

  • I'd get iRacing if you could just buy it and not have to worry about the monthly payments.

  • @FlyingBoxHead

You don't have to pay monthly... Buy a 2 years Subscription and have fun ;-)

  • @FlyingBoxHead I agree. Maybe if they made it a smidge more affordable.

It looks like a very nice sim. Currently I don't own a FFB steering wheel, but I would consider buying one if the subscription was lower.

They do pay you up to $40 a year for racing. And $5/year for being a member. That's not bad either.

  • @aRareKindOfMonster It's well worth just paying for a month and giving the MX5 a go. That car is lots of fun once you get the hang of it. I've never driven a sim that has given me the same feel of driving on the very edge. I'm not a great sim driver or anything, I usually finish right in the middle, but I'm still having a blast. The MX-5's have a handling model that kind of lets you throw it into the turns and get that controlled half-slip feeling going once you get the hang of it. It's amazing.

  • I approve this video !

  • joey logoano (NASCAR Driver) gets on iRacing often. maybe iracingtv should do a show about him :D

  • iRacing is just that good ;D

  • DK get back to fixing the NTM and stop screwing around.

  • OMG he brakes with the clutch pedal... :)

  • @DGelink I noticed that too!

  • @DGelink lots of people do because the brake and gas are really close together.
