I live in mentor ohio next to cleveland going here on wednesday its pretty close about 40 mins away worth the drive they even have new ride this year i have been going to waldameer all my life this is a very cool park especially when they added this ride.

i didnt ride the coaster last year because i picked a bad day to go. If anyone knows waldameer there are good days and REALLY REALLY bad days.. well i got the "unsupervised children picnic and 80 shop picnic day where it was so crowded it wasnt worth staying.

that ride is EXTREME! It is SOOOO awesome! I went on it in the summer and it was awesome! We went on it right when we got there, and when it got dark. It's best to go on it when its dark, but its also really cool during the day cuz you can see lake erie when you're about to go down the biggest hill. I screamed so hard i almost peeded myself, u guys REALLY need to go on it!

This coaster was being talked about back in 1999.

Instead of building the coaster that goes across Peninsula Drive, they built a convention center to boost tourism.

Even though it took another 9 years to open, it looks like it's worth it!

Great addition to Waldameer, and I plan on riding it next week!

I can't wait to ride this when I go to up to Erie (We have a trailer in the campground right below Waldameer). And Erie doesn't stink, because you can enjoy it without all the flashing lights and restaurants that serve $100 meals like in LA.

My wife & two kids & I just scored tickets to the Ravine Flyer's first ride! 11:30am on May 17th! We are so excited. We heard someone is paying $5000 ( $ goes to charity) to ride in the front seat on the very first day. Waldameer is a great park and Erie is lucky to have them.

WooHoo, i live a couple miles from Waldameer, an can't wait to ride this. I know it's not near as great as most of the coasters in the big parks across the country, but it's ours. And yes, they definately need to get a different narrator for this presentation.
