A certification of live birth only says you were not still born. A birth certificate gives verification you were born in the US, who your doctor was, attending physician, nurses, and the hospital name. A certification of live birth only says you were not still born. A birth certificate gives verification you were born in the US, who your doctor was, attending physician, nurses, and the hospital name. Why do we not have this BASIC information required by virtually any other public office, and ESPECIALLY the Presidency as stated in the Constitution. Did he not read before teaching it at Harvard? Since his bills are about 500000000 the size of the Constitution..he must be occupied reading that.

That deals with US Citizenship, not natural born status which requires either the father and or both parents to be US Citizens. His father was admittedly a Kenyan citizen, and his mother was too young to confer citizenship. The term natural born citizen is not the same as naturalized nor referring to a generalized US citizen status. It implies that the person can have no allegiance to any foreign powers, thus be subject to having divided interests or be subject to bribery among other things.

Last didn't take. I'll rephrase. McCain was born on American soil to US parents under US military orders. Barry was very possibly born in Mombasa, where some said records existed, and the entire Kenyan nation seemed to agree until just recently when it became in their interest to deny that Barry was born there. Hawaii said they destroyed 'vault copies' with a new 'system'. But later, after Barry visited, they said that there WAS a document that couldn't be released. Americans want to know.

The records people were demanding from GWB were primarily those of his military service. His birth certificate is and has been on file at the Texas State Library. We can also see his medical, criminal, travel records as well. We've even been "lucky" enough to see all of his C-student academic transcripts too. The "Messiah?" He's clearly above having to produce the terrestrial records of a "simple mortal." And the star-struck sheeple would never dare ask him to. Like asking God where he was born.

Hawaii aside, I would like to see the office records from whatever state (probably Illinois) that issued Barry his US passport... an original copy of his birth certificate was required for that. If he gave them the same "cert of live birth" which does NOT qualify, then that would lend credence to the birthers' argument that Barry is not a native-born US citizen.
