Amazing, and I thought I'd be more likely to see bigfoot on film before I saw a live Buddy Holly concert. Though it's not much, it's still excellent quality for the time. Back then, a band COULD make something sound the way it does on the record...

WOW!!! This is one of the greatest things I've ever seen musically, in my life. What a treasure this 42 seconds is to watch! This validates why seeing Buddy transformed people's lives. Nobody who plays rock music doesn't owe a huge debt of thanks to this guy. Buddy and The Crickets formed the first true rock band. He was as groundbreaking and influential as was, Beethoven. He possessed the God given genius of a Mozart. He stands as rock's only "immortal" figure. Thanks doesn't come close.
