  • Lord of the Rings Rocket boaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

  • rocket? that was a fucking missile !

    nice job

    5*

  • that was amazing! HUGE!!!!

  • HOLY CRAP!!!!

you are insane dude! the biggest I've got was a 2 inch shell!

    this is incredible!

  • They were typical Tiger Tail stars, my own formula but pretty much the same as most. I don't remember the exact formula but I will post it when I get back home in a couple weeks.

  • Great Job! What's the exact formula for the stars?

  • what was the weight of your burst charge

  • I want to say the burst charge was 10 pounds of BP coated rice hulls dusted with 60 grams of flash. I was really surprised how hard this shell broke, if I told you how it was pasted in you would be surprised too...

  • I've watched many of your videos and think your quite talented pyro. I would like to know if you can share your formula for 6lb rockets and if your pressing them how manny PSI your useing ?

  • This particular rocket was much larger than a 6lb, but for all of my rockets I mostly use the same fuel now. 70/30 perch/salicylate. The 6lb rockets I press at about 5000-6000 psi.

  • Thank's, I love those big tail's.

  • two words: huge and great!

    5*

  • that was a mammoth sized rocket. Holy Shit!

    5* mate, nicley done :)

  • Badass man. i cant even make a 4 ounce rocket and here you are making one to get a 12'' shell in the sky.

    Bravo man, Bravo.

  • What sort of apparatus do you use to launch that thing? BTW 5*

  • I use a 2.5 ID section of paper pipe about 7 feet long and staked into the ground.

  • Wat is happening with that wood?, this is realy a big piece of wood!

  • The wood got shattered when the shell goes off, but I have small flares on it so people can see it coming down and move if necessary, but for the most part it gets splintered to nothing. The rocket is also fired a long distance from any people, I was closest to this rocket and I was 1000' feet away, next closest people were on the camera and they were 1300' away, after that nobody for a kilometer or so.

  • yeah. that was reale damm great.
