Obamas mother was an American and Obama was born on US soil. His fathers citizenship has no bearing on the fact that Obama is a natural born American. He went to Indonesia at age 6 and was back in Hawaii at age 10. He has always been a US citizen.

This is the FIRST time that I have seen the embossed seal and the registrar's signature. That CoLB would get you a US passport. The CoLB on the Internet would NOT. But it has also been reported that Hawaii gave out CoLB with little or no proof in their early statehood.

Its actually called a Certification of Live Birth. As of 2001, all vital records at the Hawaii Dept of Health had been converted to electronic format. At that time they stopped issuing "long forms" and photo copies. The COLB, that Obama has became their standard issue birth certificate. Yes, I noticed the date. I have the exact same document. That IS my birth certificate. Mine was issued Dec 10, 2003.

Obama's birth certificate was never found to be fraudulent. The Hawaii Dept of Health has backed his birth there. If it was fraudulent, why has Hawaii backed him? Shouldnt they be prosecuting him instead?

The field for race on the birth cert application was self reported, meaning either Barack Sr or Stanley Ann filled it in that way. Thanks for posting that. The ONLY figure that have been released came from the FEC. Those figures represent TOTALS during a given time period for the campaign, election and transition into office. They do not reflect fees solely for the eligibility issue, like wnd wants people to think. The original birth records are protected by HRS 338-18, that hasn't cost Obama a dime. The lawsuits were all dismissed = minimal cost. No way in hell its in the "millions" or even close.

This is the FIRST time that I have seen the embossed seal and the registrar's signature. That CoLB would get you a US passport. The CoLB on the Internet would NOT. But it has also been reported that Hawaii gave out CoLB with little or no proof in their early statehood.

Its actually called a Certification of Live Birth. As of 2001, all vital records at the Hawaii Dept of Health had been converted to electronic format. At that time they stopped issuing "long forms" and photo copies. The COLB, that Obama has became their standard issue birth certificate. Yes, I noticed the date. I have the exact same document. That IS my birth certificate. Mine was issued Dec 10, 2003.

Obama has a long form on file. So do I. The thing is.... Hawaii no longer issues them. If you are from Hawaii, and you order a copy of your birth certificate, if it was 2001 or after, you were issued a Certification of Live Birth.
We already know from Dr. Fukino's statements that the long form definitely exists. I'll paste in one of them.

Realistically, what info do you not already have? ... mother and fathers occupation, name of doctor, name of hospital... what else is there? Logically speaking, why would any of that matter? What matters most about the document is that it establishes date, time and place of birth... and that its certified by the State.

There was an article this week with an interview with Dr. Fukino (former Director of the Hawaii Dept of Health) and Joshua Wische (spokesman for the Hawaii Attorney Generals office). Wishce explained about the fact that the Dept of Health does not issue them. Let me find it.

Obama has not supplied his birth certificate, what he has supplied is a certificate of live birth - and even that was missing important elements. Obama has spent 2 million dollars preventing the release of his birth certificate, albeit some of that money likely came from the taxpayer.
Obama may be a millionaire, but this spending goes beyond frivolous. Again, unite the country and release the birth certificate.

Quite the opposite: he has spent 100s of thousands of dollars fighting the release of the document in courts, with a number ranging into the millions for legal fees. McCain was forced to release his documents, but Obama is given a free pass? Even the document which Obama did (eventually) produce was found to be fraudulent.

Moreover, Obama's father was listed as being 'African American" - this was before political correctness was imported from the Soviet Union and thus the term used would have been, "negro". So yes, absolutely, the certificate first released (not a long form birth certificate by any stretch of your imagination) was most assuredly a fraud.

Obama's father was not listed as African American. He was not American, he was Kenyan. The field for race on the birth cert application was self reported, meaning either Barack Sr or Stanley Ann filled it in that way. It is not about how others viewed Barack Sr. Its about how he viewed himself. He came from Africa. They didnt use the term "Negro" there.

The original birth records are protected by Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18, which is free. Other various records are protected by standard privacy laws as well (free). The lawsuits were dismissed = minimal cost.

Its not forged. Mine is identical. I've had my COLB since 2003. It has never been rejected nor was I ever told I needed any supplemental info because of it.
How much is a "great deal of money"? The original is protected by privacy law thats free. None of the lawsuits were only for the birth cert. Have you actually read them? He was accused of all sorts of bogus things. He also was not the only defendant in most of them.

No, the COLB was definitely forged - was missing vital ingredients like a stamp and a signature for example. Still, that is irrelevant and COLBs from the state of Hawaii have been given out to people who weren't even born there, and, after all, that is what we're trying to determine.
You really don't have to run cover fire for Obama - you have multi-billion dollar organizations and the mainstream media doing that well enough without you - you might ask yourself why.

And exactly where is the proof that its forged? The images on factcheck clearly show the stamped signature of the State Registrar as well as the 3D raised State Seal. The signature and 3d seal are applied to the back of the certificate, btw. Mine is identical.
Hawaii is not going to issue birth documents that say you were born there if you werent born there. Feel free to cite the actual law that confirms what you say is true.

The birther argument is irrevocably strong because it relies on two important fundamental truths: #1. Obama's parents were not both American and #2. Obama was a foreign citizen during his formative years. The onus is squarely on Obama to produce his birth certificate. I'm wondering if maybe the names don't match, as in Barry Soetoro rather than Barrack Obama. So many of the man's files are missing that his remarks about transparency and something to hide smack of arrogance and hypocrisy.

There is no requirement that both parents need to be American. Obama was born in Hawaii (US soil), making him a citizen at birth jus soli.
His mother was an American, making him also a citizen at birth jus sanguinis.
A citizen at birth = born a citizen = natural born citizen.
Obama was never an Indonesian citizen. In order to become one he would first have to renounce US citizenship, which he could not do as a child, nor could his parents do for him.

The evidence that it was forged lies in the missing details, but see you're the one hung up on all this stuff - to me it is more than obvious he cannot be a US 'natural born' citizen.
With more than 1/4of the US population stating doubts about Obama's citizenship status in 2010, there is definitely division arising from the birth place speculation. With Obama running again in 2012 (his win will destroy the US once and for all) it becomes of dire importance to produce the B.C.
