i hate how you regenerate health automatically because it's not as realistic and it takes away from the challenge.

@CrAzY3AGL3 This video turned out to be pretty dark. I'm not sure why, but even when I've previously taken video of the game, it was very dark. It's just one of those games that doesn't record very well I guess.

@teh2Dgamer its ok on old tvs but then i play it on HD tv its so dark it was pain to play it had so much ghosting but i finished it overall i liked that this game included some sniping missions.

Looks good, and I like that it actually has a health bar too! I honestly don't understand why they've made the regenerative health for it a standard as I feel that for all the things people regard going wrong with the FPS genre, that part is the worst. Oh well.

If I'm not mistaken, is this a console exclusive? The whole "no turning back" speech seems familiar, but then on the PC the first COD didn't have a female sniper that I've heard about.

Interesting, I'll pick it up one day.

@BlooditeDrakan I hate the regenerating health too personally. Also, Finest Hour is different from the PC original. As for the no-turning-back speech, you possibly heard something similar in the movie Enemy at the Gates.

I remember this stage, on the PC version... I kept dying, because I was too busy admiring all the details in the level, and the sound of the crazy artillery blasts. Loved every minute of it.

Hey, how's the framerate on this? I typically go with the Xbox versions of multiplat games cause the PS2's framerate is usually pretty horseshit

@StudioGuyMN THe framerate seems to be just fine. It's been a while since I played all the way through it, but I don't remember any framerate issues.

I hated Finest Hour. It was a buggy mess, not at all resembling Infinity Ward's Call of Duty on PC, which isn't all that surprising since the developers continued to play the role of poor pretender with the awesome Turning Point >_>

Amazing game when I first played it, amazing now. Absolutely rock solid as well. FH was developed by Spark. The original version was by Infinity Ward, as we all know.

@Kousaburo Spark later went on to make Legendary, and Turning Point which got panned in the reviews. I'll have to give them a try for cheap some day though.

@teh2Dgamer I was gonna mention Legendary, that to me played like a bad Bioshock clone. That game had so much more potential. As did Turning Point, that could have been another Freedom Fighters but I guess they dropped the ball. Please, please review Secret Service, it is by far the worst console shooter ever made. Seriously.

@Kousaburo I haven't come across Secret Service myself, but I'll keep an open mind on Legendary, and Turning point. Even flawed games can generate some fun if you get them for the right price.
