McCain was looking to get Hagee's support for over a year. He has a great deal of respect for the man. So it's just as relevant as you want to try and make the Wright situation. And by relevant, I meant hey should be irrelevant because neither of them reflect he candidates views. But do go on and pretend that Wright's views somehow reflect Obama's despite Obama standing for the complete opposite.

Yeah he wanted Hagees support because he has such a large number of Christian conservatives who follow Hagee. He did not have the man marry him or go to his church for 20 years. Last I checked, you could go to Hagee's church even if you were black. Could you go to Obama's old church if you were white? No. Sorry you don't get it.

This is a great video. If you liked this one, go to Huffington Post website and check out "Norm Coleman on the Bush legacy" (I think its still up and would love it if someone more tech savvy than me could post it to youtube). In this video, you can see attendees at the RNC convention wearing signs that say "McCain/Bush '08" and talking about this being a "stay the course" election. None of these people seem to recognize the irony of talking about change and stay the course in the same breath.
