by the "V" sign, I am assuming that you are referring to the people who give the "peace" sign when being photographed! I'm still fail to see how a symbol of peace is stupid or who cause people to be a "featherhead"! Although, with the anger you endear for these people, its not surprising you would call it the "V" sign instead of peace!
