  • Shane, how do you know when to move to the next exercise? Is there a specific amount of time to do each exercise within the 3 minutes?

  • @jordanknox Minimize rest. The less time the better. Use it to measure the progress of your fitness. For example, if you need 2 minutes to rest the first two weeks, then only one minute, you know your body is being optimized for being a HIT Man or Woman. Use your heart rate to guide you!

  • Big fan of these quick workouts... hard to workout all the time when you work 9 hours a day. I have been following the crunch time workouts from vastmuscle (.com) They are quick enough that I can do them during my lunch time.

  • The best part of the video was the guy flexing in the beginning. I do like the intensity though. Ive been using this workout over at vastmuscle (.com) and I lost 18 lbs in 5 weeks. Couldnt be happier and they always change up their routines

  • Good but I do my pushups with arms closer together and going until my chest is very close to the floor. She mainly was stretching her neck.
