I am from the Davenport, Iowa , Quad City area and I am horrified by this!!! Everyone I know is voting for OBAMA!!! I am Lutheran and am ashamed of these Holy Roller's who call themselves Christians!. I can't pretend to speak for God, but Jesus was concerned about the health and welfare of the poor, and not about those looking to get richer and those who are greedy! Obama is more in line with my God than these charlitans who pretend to be Christians!!!!

How so? Both believe in the virgin birth, Jesus is the son of God, snake in the tree, Adam and Eve, bassicly take the same bible to be literally the truth. The only diferance seems to be crackers, whine, confessions, praying to Marry and other saints instead of just Jesus and God, priest instead of pastor and holly water. Am I missing anything?

The "hope" Obama claims includes calmly listening, giving others a voice, trying to understand other perspectives, and coming to common good.

Aside from Pastor Conrad's obvious blasphemy in calling to question God's ways and telling God what to do, why does God need to "Energize" McCain? Why is McCain automatically assumed to be on the side of "good"? Does any of Conrad's congregation ask "why should God ENERGIZE McCain"? Maybe McCain is a feckless, bitter, rusty turd not worthy of energizing.

It was a 2 minute prayer, whereby he challenged God to stick up for John McCain, and implied that every non-christian doesn't deserve the blessings of God. How could it be a mis-speak, when it was 2 minutes long? I know you're young and probably believe everything you've been questioned to believe. But this country is diverse. Many people and many beliefs. If John McCain were smart, he'd try to reach out to everyone.

Let's continue to try to call this Pastor Arnold Conrad at 800-501-7117, and ask him why he tried to blackmail God. Tell him that Hindu, and Buddha are not Gods, and that a wise theologian such as himself should have known that. Ask him if Jesus is voting for John McCain. Ask him if he realises that Buddhists, Hindus and Muslims also live in this country as registered voters. I called yesterday and left a message. He hasn't called me back though. I just want to keep trying...

I just tried calling Pastor Conrad AGAIN at 800-501-7117, to ask him a few questions, but once again got the answering machine. I don't mind though, since it's an 800 number, he's obviously willing to pay for the call. Who else would like to try to get through?

It is hard, when you see Obama's voting record against saving aborted babies that have survived abortion, as well as many other issues you see as grievious to the God you serve - to not sincerely petition Him.
