What was your avg speed on the downhill looks like you guys were taking it pretty easy

I've had the best luck with an RE50 "stick" mic placed slightly under the passenger seat. I also had good luck with an ECM77 lav clipped under the dash.

Trust me, I would have more motor sound if it was good. I'd rather have no motor sound than lots of windnoise.

I got the same thing today - lots of wind noise - INSIDE the car - and barely any engine noise, even though the camera was mounted directly above the engine.
