love Marco Lala's stretching videos, very innovative, this is the way I like to stretch instead of just stretching in a studio stretch outside on buildings fences some sort of apparatus,etc.
Seriously though, Marco's ground skills are exceptional. He has black belts in judo and jiu jitsu, and trained in Japan with top judoka. The man had/has the entire package: speed, great upper body strength, proficient in several disciplines, outstanding stand up skills and the ability to submit someone on the ground. Lala would have been in a lower weight class than GSP. I do like GSP's karate, but I like Lala's more. Lala would be a phenominal JKD stylist.
Marco Lala is one of the greatest martial artists I've ever seen. He was ahead of his time. Pound for pound, in his prime, probably eclipsed any MMA fighter today, including GSP and Anderson Silva. Lala had flat-out amazing standup skills and great jiu jitsu/judo skills. Get his videos - they're some of the best out there.

@Asahel717
I agree only problem is GSP would probably try and lay on him for 5 rounds to steal the W. =]
