That whole ending was completely fake. Notice how out of all the camera views not one of them actually shows Jeff landing on randy. There is also a big barrier in the way to stop the crowd from seeing it as well. If they really did do it they would have wanted everyone to see it happen. What they really did was when Jeff was climbing up randy got out of the way, a protective mat was put in place which Jeff landed on. While the cameras still weren't showing the scene the mat was moved and Jeff.
