Is George W. Bush guilty?

He caused a senceless war in Iraq, many soldiers died. I think he is NOT guilty, because he was not able to realize what he did. He thought in simple categories: black and white, good and bad. I think friends of him must urge him to say sorry for what he has done, otherwise he will be named als the "idiotic" President of the United States in the historic books.

Looks like you agree about the fact that terrorism has increased. Bush meant well, but he was/is incompetent. Just look at what has happened on his watch.
