the truth is that We had the worst band director in the world that year REV.AARON THOMPSON Sr. He did nothin but collect a checck and Before Him Mr.Lucas was doing nothin We did wat we could but now Wingfield is proud to say that we are still small but better we sound like musicians Because of Mr.Stephan E. I've seen much worse! I thought they did rather well and am confident if they had more instruments, they would be even better. I gave them 5 star rating. the drummers were cute

@stacynewyork I agree with you stacy. I ve seen a whole lot worst. Heck I've went against 300 piece band who sounded just as loud as this band. I can even hear their tuba once in a while. How many videos on you-tube have we seen where there are 200 members with 12 tubas and you hear 2.

I am not saying this band is a powerhouse. I am just fed up of all the haters running their mouths when there are so many bands on You-tube that are way bigger and a lot worst.

Cut the little band some slack.

I went to Wingfield and the students are the ones who fucked this band up. They let their obsession with JSU distract them from becoming good musicians. All they cared about was dancing like sex-crazed fools and playing as loud as humanly possible. They didn't care about true musicianship. This is the result of years and years of carelessness and I don't feel a bit sorry for them. In fact, this is pretty hilarious.

Lucas left after the 2006-07 year. The 2007-08 band director left halfway through the year.
