i would avoid overexcitment over *reset* of US-Russia relations. pragmatical normalization of the relations is important to some extent to both countries. still it should not be done on russia's expenses. and if i were russian i would avoid signing any drastic demanding documents: no big cuts of nuclear weaponry; no big cuts of strategic rockets; tactical nukes untouched; no any pledges that can harm Russia if american will changes. it all happened in the past. should be prevented now.
