I love your pigggggy it is sad when they go. Mine usually love for about 9 years also, and when my guinea pig Wiglet da piglet died it absolutley broke my heart! I have a piggy called Spock now since 2007 and he is a ball of fluffy fun who I love very much.

I'm so thankful, my Guinea is 9 years old without a single health problem yet. Don't know how, just lucky I guess. Now I get so mad when I see people abusing the little furballs on the web by snakes and hurting them.

I am so sorry about your loss 2 years ago. I lost my guinea pig in June. She was all white and, was so cute. She passed away late at night due to Cancer. Maybe are Guinea Pigs are married in heaven : )

Hi, you can buy normal lawn grass seeds, or if you have an ebay account, many people sell meadow grass seeds, which has different types of grasses in it. For normal grass seeds, then a garden centre is the easiest lace to get them (organic is best if you can afford it).

I grow barley grass mainly for mine, but normal lawn grass aswell. There are also varous herbs and leafy veggies you have grow on a window ledge inside.

I have a mini greenhouse that cost next to nothing.

Well he's a mix between a long haired and a short haired guinea pig(gives them the fluffy look), wich is called a Abyssinian guinea pig, don't really know if there's anything more special about him... :o He's the coolest kid in town with his cute little mohawk!
