Devil May Cry 4 is like the Metal Gear Solid 2 of sequels in the DMC franchise. It doesn't go anywhere, it confuses you more than informs you, the players play as a different character for the duration of the game and very little of the iconic one, and it feels pointless. In a confession, I love DMC 4 and MGS 2. I just hope Kamiya makes another DMC game that will tie in DMC 4 just like what Kojima did with the MGS series. Johnny's awesome btw.
