@fallout2233 mutant marcus is recruitable NPC from fo2 encountered in broken hills. no idea if his stolen from there 2 be used in new vegas. if thats the case i doubt he is happy bout it :)

@J0NNYJETSET Actually, this started because dancewithsomewolfs imposed his shitty opinion on me first by saying that this game looks like it sucks. It doesn't. That's a fact. There's a criteria used to rank games, and that criteria determined that Fallout 2 does NOT suck. And I've not once said that FO3 or NV sucks (except NV was really horrible). I simply said that they pale in comparison to classic Fallouts, which is quite true.

@IceTeaTanganha Have you played FO3 or NV? If so, what are you talking this nonsense for? If not, stop being a fan boy and play them. FO3 has a very similar story line to FO 1&2 and, except for some visual advancements and no more odd, mandatory turn-based fighting,overall game features are still very similar. FO NV is not supposed to have the same theme/spirit as the other 3; hence it’s not called FO4. There's a big difference between progress and breaking once you get over the old world blues

It frustates me the way that they look at these games and dont even appreciate what they made for the title and for the genre in general. Im not saying that fallout 3 and NV sey just chuck i like both of them thanged the games too mutch. It's a classic, I'll admit, it had some fun times to it.
But as in more enjoyable, taking into account the replay value?
I'd go with the newer games. Newer games are made to be better, not candies for little kids or whatever the bias people think :l

Tested on 10+ people, and all rejected the strategy-RPG system of the game. All those people had already played FO3 and FONV by the way.

@holycrapjesusman As I said I agree with you, newer games are better. My point is that old games are not prestige, it's the new players that are the little kids with candies. Games now are funnier and more enjoyable, through the use of cinematic means(scripted actions) not through gameplay. That makes the old games not fun but full of content. And today's gamers do not like gameplay as old gamers did.
