  • Nunca habia escuchado el click pad de Gibraltar tiene un sonido como de mucho plástico bueno en lo personal no me gusta ese sonido cada quien sus gustos

  • What pad is it exactly?

  • @TheBerseeker It is named exactly as the title of the video reads.

  • @TheBerseeker it's a sound percussion double bass click pad because i have one but i have a sound percussion drum kit i don't know about you there's your answer.

  • you hit like gay

  • @slipkhein66 I love you :3

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx jajajajaj

  • waaaaayyyyyyy too tight

  • @johnfredrickson1 I usually like for my kick drums to be tight :) Except for the ones on the Pearl Export kit I received, I like how they sound.

  • You have a weak stroke!

  • @wiirluvenit This is just a test video but okay.

  • Hey, man sorry for the inconvenience but I just wanted to know if you could take that pad off and put it on again without any problem, thanks and sorry for the bother.

  • @SackBoy105 If I could I would.

  • I have Aquarian SP1 But i see alot more SP2 users how does it sound to you? im looking for as much punch, attack and cut as possible.

  • @Likestodrum334 The Superkick II head I received was extremely warped. You can see there is some wrinkling in the 4 o' clock area of the head. However I now use a Sound Percussion drum set, and the design and quality of the kick drum makes it much easier to tune and better sounding. I have always used this with a click pad but to me it sounds great, despite being warped. I'm sure a properly made one would sound even better.

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx If you get a warped head from aquarian and or any authorized dealer just call them and they will send you a replacement free of charge they did this for me and my snare side head. -PK

  • @pastorkev777 Not my local Guitar Center. But thank you for the info, I'll keep that in mind if this happens again.

  • @Likestodrum334 To help you out with your second sentence, single ply heads are bright and have more sustain, while two-ply heads are warmer with more attack and depth. Also, if you want your kick drum to cut through the music and have a more punchy sound, I wouldn't recommend putting anything in the head. Having a pillow pushed directly against the kick head, or just in the drum, will take away from that loud boom sound.

  • are these the pdp 402 double bass pedals? i have them! i can't really play fast with them, any ideas?

  • @tzual Yes they are, I hate them >.< Maybe put aside the stock springs and put on some really nice, smooth ones. That's honestly all I can think of aside from practice and working on your technique. Maybe different kinds of beaters for different types of response and rebound.

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx will do :), also can i ask why you put the beaters to the flat side? i honestly don't like the plastic beaters that came with them. also, it seems like they made 2 models of the 402. i got mine about a month ago and the footboard is all silver with black dots. it looks exactly like the 502.

  • @tzual Lemme know if that helps. I flipped them to make my bass drum louder, my camera doesn't pick up the bass drum well when I play on the kit, especially with guitars or a bass thrown into the mix. Eh, the beaters are alright I suppose, but it's a cheap set of pedals, so you get what you pay for. My floorboard is just black with a few silver stripes going down the body.

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx What's your spring tension at? can you make a double bass pedal video?

  • @tzual I used to have the springs extremely loose but I started having problems with the right spring falling apart for some reason so I had to tighten it up. For awhile there I was afraid I was going to have to get another set of pedals. You mean like a video of me playing some double bass?

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx cool i'll try that. nah just like a double bass pedal walkthrough of like your setup and configurations and such :)

  • @tzual Sure I can do that, I'll have to wait til later tonight though.

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx no problem!

  • @tzual Do you want it to just be about my pedals?

  • @tzual Alright. I'll let you know when I'm uploading it.

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx sure thing. thanks a lot man

  • dude that sounds great! i told you aquarian kicks butt! dude you want me to tell you a trick to have a nice punchy sounding kick drum? you should have the batter head looser than the resonant head :) with a pillow inside and you have less rebound on the bass drum which makes it easier to play double bass on :D aquarian soars! dude your looks so much better than before man! i think i want to take my own kit to the studio one day im miss playing my own :'( lol

  • @CGDrummer96 your kit looks so much better i meant :P

  • @CGDrummer96 I think so too, I'm happy with it aside from the fact it's hard to tune because the shape of the head is warped on the top left side. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks man. I took the small cushion out of my bass drum. Dang that sucks.
