Ok, then I'll do it again. The angle looks a little bigger than it actually was though because the camera was at a fairly low point in relation to my legs. I'm going to stop at like 9 minutes and 30 seconds though next time because I will be able to fit that in one youtube video.
I appreciate you taking the challenge but you need to go deeper so your legs are at 90 degrees. I used the ball cuz i was going to do a weighted wall squat but changed my mind and decide to make a challenge of it....with no weights. And I like put my hand on my leg once..picky, picky (lol!)....definitely didn't use it to support myself in any way.
Try to beat "luv2run31" using her strict form.
