How is Delta going to change? Low-life ramp contractors, DGS...this new RHS gaffe. Comair, is a JOKE in Cincinnati. Those are just a few things. Until Delta decides to "stress" customer service, and gets away from trying to save a few pennies, Delta will never be the same as it was during the "good" years. Believe me...your employee's will make Delta good again.

That is not the new logo. That is just the Delta widget...something that has represented Delta for a very long time.

Well yes I know they wouldn't, just speaking eratically, at least Song-like service exists on the long hauls!(the IFE, seats, better options,etc.) Delta is by far the best legacy carrier still standing.

change is: 1600 songs at your seat, We are the new Delta Airlines! they used the same entertainment systems onboard, as they did on SONG 757'S, god, now that they emerged from bankruptcy two weeks ago, I hope they bring Song back.
