@knife13100 - Hi Mate, fat doesnt necessarily always mean unfit, I'd wager that even then that if I started jogging alongside most athletes, it wouldnt be me who quits first. I didnt realise that I'd put on weight until I saw videos of myself like this one. I was always strong and fit but as I got older and became a parent, I chubbed up (a bit like Elvis once the fame got to him). Since this video, I've dropped about 15k in bodyfat. CA

By the way, thank you for calling me out on the weight. I dont want to compromise my secret identity by giving dates and details, but I never realised that the weight had piled on since I left the military and stopped teaching martial arts.

I'm working to remedy that, so far this year I've dropped about 10 kilos of fat.

I dont have the common psychological issues, so it's really just about heaps of exercise, but still have another 4-6 weeks hard training to go.

Wasnt trying to intimidate, its more a cautionary warning to others. Stop training & continue with same level of intake and you will start to slowly balloon out like Elvis in the latter drugs and booze years.
