Just spam the fireballs, mix em up and stuff his jumpins with cr. mp or cr. hp. He has a really hard time getting in on Juri.
Just keep charging the fireballs and use the low/mid ones more often so he can't dash in.

Damn, hes kinda good. But we all need time to learn these match ups. It's only the first week, relax.
