  • Im 15 and Im getting them on on october 5th!!!! Im soo exiced!

  • If my insurance are able to pay for metal braces can they also pay for invisalign?

  • Yes

They are all covered under orthodontic benefits

  • what are the age groups of people that can get this done ?

  • 12 to 65+

  • Hey, Just wonder but After you went to the orthodontist for the Invisalign, How many days does it take for the orthodontist to make each aligners or do you get it the day you go to the orthodontist

  • it takes 6 to 8 weeks because all invisalign aligners are custom made for each patient.

  • It doesn't seem like Invisalign helps with overbites and underbites...I guess only the teeth are straightened out. To fix an overbite or underbite should you get braces instead?

  • It works but it may take longer

  • I want to have invisilign but I can't afford $4000. My teeth are no where severe only a bit crooked. Are the price negotiable? Can it be less than $4000. How does invisilign work? Can they take my 4 wisdom teeth out since my teeth are a little forwarded. Will invisilign pushed my teeth inward? After I take the invisilign out, will my teeth show more gum?

  • Any of the above are possible and there are payment plans for $199 a month or so

  • i have Invisalign and its great. my teeth takes 15 invisaligns top and 36 on bottom. and i am currently on 20th.

  • You must be a great patient because with compliance invisalign works great.

  • So my top teeth are all straight. but my bottom ones are a bit bumpy on the top of them, and a bit messed up. and i was thinking of getting invisalign. Would it still cost a lot even if i were recommended to wear them 12months max? well depending on what my dentist would say. or would it be better if i were to go with EZ braces?

  • Our fees are actually much lower if your treatment does not exceed 12 months. Most our patients are students, models, actors so we can help you.

  • I just did my impressions and waiting for my first set of trays in about two weeks. i am so excited. i hope it works im paying $4,500

  • can i make monthly payments? im pretty sure i wont be able to afford all $4,000 at once, and why are they cleaning crystals so damn expensive?!

  • Yes, you can! We offer many different payment plans.

  • 0:20 My teeth are kind of like that, except the two front ones are further ahead of the rest.. :x

    so these really work, huh?

maybe i'll give it a try...i'm 17 and don't wanna wear metal braces xP

  • i only really wear them at night even tho i was told to wear them all the time, but at the end of the day if the next set fit my teeth then its working

  • 0:20 i have my teeth like that, to the inside, how is that fixed?, how long is the treatment?

  • What if you frequently snack?

    How would you do that?

I wouldn't want to have to take them out every hour or so just to eat.

I roller-skate a lot and i frequently go to the consession area and eat something.

are you really NOT allowed to eat with them in?

    anyone know the answer?

  • Yes

  • I am doing invisalign and just lovin it

  • how long do u hav to wear them? afew yes\ars?

  • are you comfortable talking?

  • Except the first day with S sounds, you are very comfortable talking!

  • my mom is getting them do they hurt in the beggining? // i had braces ehh well w/e i got them of & whats the song? called i like it

  • Do they actually smell after a while?

  • You can wash the aligners! Also, you can use retainer brite if you want. You change the aligners about every two weeks.

  • Yo guys and how long did it take i heard like 24 -28 months is it like that time? That sounds sweet then

  • I have these braces and they're AWESOME!!!!!!

  • and how long did it take?

  • My teeth are like that person on 19-21 seconds was it easy to do that??

  • Yes

  • Comment removed

  • my orthodontist says i have a very mild underbite, can invisalign be used to fix this??

  • What is it called in the case for 3:37 ?

  • If its not going to cost you more, switch to invisalign if your doctor is willing to do so but if you have to pay again, do not waste your money as you probably are a student and need money... you will be fine with braces as much as I love invisalign!!... you will get used to it.

  • thanks for the advice !! i have made my choice and switching to invisalign i have a pretty stable and good paying job so i'll be able to afford invisalign !! thanks really im ready for invisalign

  • Some cases were not completely done when these photos were taken! we have many patients with gaps and have had very good results.

  • will be uncomfortable at first but humans always get used to anything!

  • It may be from 1500 to $3000 but you really need to be evaluated for proper fees and treatment plan to be determined.

  • bonding or veneers!

  • This is called severe overjet and about 24+ months of treatment may be needed.

  • Yes it is possible but most offices may tell you NO since it may take more experience and work to get it done. If you really want to get it done, we can give some hints to your doctor on how to do it.

  • what is going on in 1:52?

  • We have crowding and rotation of lower anterior teeth and if you are referring to those bumps they are called attachments to help rotate teeth into proper position

  • Wow you do magnificent work

  • Thanks for the kind comment... we take each case very seriously and work double as hard to insure best outcome. We are currently working on some of the most difficult cases in the nation and gathering much info for our book

  • I would like to use one!!!

  • at 40 secs, what's up with the teeth there? They have little bumps on the outsides.

  • They are invisalign attachments which help aligners rotate teeth.

  • is that called an overjet at 1:08??

  • Severe Overjet

  • 1:20 is a little bit like my teeth.

    i have braces atm...

how long do you think i need them for?

  • are they umane or not?

  • the case in 3:38 is exactly what i have....

    what is it called?

  • Its called slight Class III with anterior edge to edge

  • Will the lumineers do any thing if you have a underbite?

  • NO... you must get orthodontics done first.

  • Does invisalign take health insurance?

  • If your health insurance covers orthodontics, then it can cover invisalign.

  • I got mine done free on the NHS cos my teeth were sooo fucked, I had to have 4 teeth pulled out and had braces for 14 months but it was worth it.

  • i've got like a gap between my two upper biting teeth.although it's not that far,i'm trying to consult my parents to get braces.but they won't let me!!Can you guys help me out and tell them to make me get the braces.thanks

  • how old do you have to be to get them

  • the age doesnt matter

  • Still, they recommend you to be at least 14 years of age.

  • i'm 13 and i'm getting them in a few weeks...

i would recommend 12 years old

  • we have patients from 12 to 65 year old !!

  • most of the teeth that didn't have braces were much cleaner than the ones after. I know. It's not easy taking of teeth wit braces

  • Thank you

  • I have a question...

Is there a certain name for the crooked-ness at 1:19?

That's how my two front teeth are, except...even worse-- and it'...so incredibly embaressing.

Do you think Invisalign can correct me?

    I really need it...

  • It is called an overJet, If your upper teeth stick far out than lower ones then it means you have an overjet, Also called Malocclusion Case 2 (underbite). I have the same condition myself and I am getting it fixed through invisalign, it is gonna cost me almost $6000 :o( It does not always cost this much, depends on the severity of the case too. if you have only 2 upper ones like this, you may not have to pay this much.

  • I am talking about the consition at 1:17. Thats called overJet, also underbite.

  • They are called Rotation of teeth 8 and 9. We have many invisalign cases like this one!

  • they seem whiter because you have to brush your teeth after every meal or your enamel wears off hah.

  • My braces just suck, they've broke already, TWICE actually, i'm gonna consult my ortodontist about Invisalign, I just have a bit of an underbite, need braces for two years, hopefully invisalign will work.

  • One of the brackets broke off to, and I can see the block where the bracket was! I brushed them properly to! Fuckin' wank!

  • nice presentation, some of these changed alot. I can't wait to get mine.

  • It depends on your case. The average is about 4k to 8k.

  • WoW that's nice, i need invisalign... Do u know what's the average price?

  • i asked my orthodontist about it and he said the starting price was $5,000

  • really? mine said the starting price was $3,000, but that's the very least

  • Haha, it's funny to see the teeth get 100x WHITER in every after picture also.

  • more like 1500000 times whiter

  • Teeth get whiter in after photos simply because we ask patients to brush more often and we are so strict with patients, they really listen and brush all day long! Also patients do not drink as much soda, etc which keeps the teeth white!

  • i have invisalign.

it's way better than real bracess(:

  • whats invisalign?

  • oh lol nevermind i just read the descriptionn

    :P

  • cool, I really want to get invisalign. Great video by the way!!!

  • Thank you so much!

  • wow, I thought that invisalign is only for minor corrections. I see great results from this clip. Well done dental pride!

  • Thank you Laserdentist...

We currently treat some of the most difficult cases in US because we do not believe there is a limit... I think this is just sooo much fun especially with some of the many inventions to help us achieve such results. Patients are just so happy and that is what keeps us going!

  • I got my aligners on about ten days ago. I wanna be an invisalign modelllllll

  • You can sure be a model.

  • Does everyone have to get the attachment since they're so painful"?

  • Attachments give you more efficient movements

They are NOT painful at all if done by a good doctor and good assistant and done properly and if the patient is told how to remove aligners while they have attachments.

  • i have one tooth that is like slightly above my other tooth next to it and that caused the tooth on top to be like higher and more out of place than te other crooked teeth will this help bring it down?

  • We can certainly fix this.

  • YES

  • my teeth are a lot better than most, including a lot of the afters, but one tooth (3rd from bottom middle) is off, maybe. it is currently like 3:10. should i pay money to get it aligned? it keeps rubbing against an ulcer cuz i slept on the side of my face and got my lip cut.

  • ok i want to know what happened to the persons teeth at 40 seconds.. his teeth seemed ok.. then they had like huge bolders on each tooth.. like bumps on his teeth

  • the bumps on the person's teeth are what orthos call "attachments." these are to help move the teeth better by acting like the metal in regular braces. i wear invisalign and the attachments as well.

  • Those are attachments used for anchorage to help teeth movement for difficult movements. Attachments are tooth colored composite resins... the same material as used in tooth colored fillings and they will come right off so easily when done. If brushed properly, they do not show as much.

  • I definitely want to get invisalign...

but yo, some of those people really need to start brushing. It's one thing if it's crooked but, how u gon be crooked and yellow at the same time? that's just nasty... and it wasn't even like a light shade of yellow. It's like golden brown. *pukes* yo, I definitely can't eat for another hour or so...

  • invisalign is only good in certain instances...for example if the root of the tooth needs to be moved then ONLY braces can do that...invisalign only pushes the teeth into place without moving the root of the tooth!

  • If proper attachments are placed on both lingual and facial areas and the rate of movement is adjusted properly, we have been able to move roots as well... So this has not been an issue for us.

  • I had an open bite problem and was treated in Invisialign for 2 years. After going with 3 dentists, they were going to charge me around $5500 to $6000 CAN for BRACES. Then I was told about Invisialign, which costed the same for my type of case. Not cheap, but was worth it.

  • Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

  • baces are 3000 to 5000 bu invisalign is like 7000 bu in eing normal braces

  • In many offices in New York city and especially at Dental Pride the fees for invisalign and braces are the same! The fees depend on the how long the case is and how much work needed and start at about $3000.

  • The fees for braces or invisaling are about the same in our office based on complexity of the case and invisalign takes about the same time as braces if done by someone with a lot of experience.

  • im getting one tues

  • & 0:45 OMG!!!! imbreeding!!!

  • i had braces for 2 years and i got them off the day before the 1st day of college =)

  • i think i'm going to be like that. i have about 5-8 months of treatment left meaning I will definitely have them off before college!

  • wow how exciting =)

when i was a senior in HS i was hoping to get them off for prom but they told me i needed to wait longer =/ but now i always smile and im happy with the results!

  • that's great... i'm just worried i'll have stains on my teeth even though i brush like crazy..

  • same!!!

im nearing the end of my braces journey and im scared that i will be left with the scarred train tracks pattern on my teeth forever.

But if you brush like crazy (like me) im sure you wont have any marks.

Its only for those lazy people who never brush.

  • I'm thinking about getting a Flouride rinse.. to stop decalcification...

My ortho tells me my teeth look great but I don't believe him just yet... I'll be having them off in about 2-3 months which is 6 months earlier than my treatment plan!

good luck to you and hope your teeth look as great as you want them to!

  • You must brush properly... NOT crazy because brushing hard will cause gum recession!

  • i've had braces on for a yr n a half, there coming off in 10 days i'm so EXCITED!!

  • I need braces, but im not sure if im really going to get them because of the cost. I really do hope&pray i get them, i want a nice smile :]

  • Don't you have insurance for that?

  • Some offices offer ton of help and various payment plans. you can also use insurance and Flex Account to help you with cost!

  • How could I persuade my parents to getting me invisalign instead of braces ?

  • just tell them you dont want braces, that the invisalign might be a better choice for you.

  • ot just come up with 10 grand :)

  • invisalign isnt 10 grand its 3000 to 5000 dollars duh do some research!

  • I think you're the one that needs to do the research, normal braces cost $3.500.

  • No, abturk. ThatDudeIan is right. Invisaligns are averaged at $3000 to $5000, around the same price as normal braces.

It all depends on how severe your case is and if you'll qualify as a candidate for Invisalign. Choose what'll give you the best results for your teeth. :) Mild crowding and gaps seem to work well with invisaligns, but I have yet to see decent results for crossbites.

I've only ever heard of Lingual Braces amounting to the $10k range. :(

  • The maximum fees I've seen from most offices are about from 3 to 8K depending on complexity of the cases!

  • if there rich, just ask!

  • Here are advantages of invisalign over braces:

    Invisible

    Removable

    No irritation

    more gentle teeth movement

    Treatment is planned via computer

To help patients, we even charge the same fees for braces or invisalign so there is NO cost factor!!!

  • im getting my braces tomoz my teeth are soooo bad i cant wait for my ending results!

  • i love all the dentists out there man! without them, our teeth would be terrible! they're my heros!

  • Thank you for your kind comments...Dentistry is so much more fun both for dentists and patients due to more advances and more caring dentists in recent years.

  • Look how much they close up gaps! Wow. My NHS dentist told me that there was nothing to be done about the gap in my teeth (it's really obvious and prominent), but I'm definately going to look into these.

  • It really works!!

  • thx (: I'll try it (:

  • OMG I love it...I'm from slovakia, and I want braces...But my mom says that I don't need them...But I realy hate my teeth and I never smile.....'cause their look so horrible....Can you help me? What can I say to my mom? I'm so sad...My teeth are so ugly :'( :( :( :(

  • tell her that it's a matter of health- if the teeth will be straight they will also be healthier;)

  • If teeth are straight, they will function better and last longer and you will save yourself from gum and bone recession and much more.

  • Tell mom, it is not just about teeth... it would make you much more confident and happy which makes you succeed in life.. Isn't that what all moms want?

  • If teeth are straight, they will function better and last longer and you will save yourself from gum and bone recession and much more.
