  • This sounds and looks great but too me it sounds a little over compressed VA made a lot of nice little engines like the Mills .16cc [.010cu] and the Bambi .15cc [.009cu] those were great little engines.

  • Hey buddy i have a question...I have the same tach meter but cant figure out how to read it. i have an os fs 4 stroke 120III surpass. specs say it peaks at 12,000 rpms but meter only went as high as 9,000. Am i usuing it wrong?

  • @7bikerboy7 not sure if you ever got an answer to this, or ever figured it out.. the tach meeter has a setting to set it to be a 2 blade, 3 blade or 4 blade. by setting the bade setting, it will auto divide the reading for you.. so you may had it set for 4 blade, and you really had a 2 blade prop.. so it was divising the numbers in half for you. best to read the instructions. also good to use a reflector sticker on your blades when using this tach.. it works much better.

  • nice little engine better than the cox .049

  • Shame only about 100 were ever made, then the maker realized he'd have to jack the price about 2.5X to cover the costs of production. Not the first time market reality killed a promising small engine.

  • holy your luckt to own one then man i wanted one of them

  • I just noticed, the 24,900 tach reading at 1:25 is real, there were a few seconds there where the tach was making sense. But otherwise I was having light problems or just screwing up with the tach. I did get a peak reading of 25,300.

  • cool™

  • Yeah, but the cameraman needs a flogging.. ;-)
