  • Tanks for doing this vid! i was wondering how are your bees doing?

i am using foundationless frames but the supper cells look like a great idea. my next hive i will try this.

  • Most hives are assembled with 10D out door nails. You could also use 1 1/2" roofing nails in a gun. I use 1 1/4 deck screws.

  • I would love a follow-up on how the supercell hive performs for you

  • stupid is as stupid does

  • What size nails are u using?

  • DUH??? 2in maybe

  • Nice!

  • great video

  • if shit hit the fan and people want ur food u could only hold of so many people by ur self

  • who says I will be by my self? anyway did you see my vid on hideing your stuff? even if they kill me they will never find it all

  • @dsarti1 good point keep up the great vids

  • cool!

  • cant wait to see the results of the silver and the honey!

  • It is not silver and honey... just spraying the wood inside the hive to cut down on bacteria and virus

  • Great video!

Farmers in my area are having a problem with people stealing their Bee Hives.

  • Five Stars!!

  • The plastic frames will bend in heat, and will be very tricky to use after a couple years of use. The experience with machine "decaping" is not good after the bending, as that step needs to be done manually (ok, if small bee farm). It is also much trickier to clean as it can't be heated as much as wood and it is not resilient against chemicals (like wood). When disposing plastic it should not be burned. There are other issues also, that's why I don't use them.

  • Oh well I was haveing probs with reg foundation so what the heck

  • Sry, I noticed you are using the small ones for the honey. My comment only applies if the for the large ones used for honey.

  • how do you get the bees to come to it?

  • Interesting experiment wuth the colloidal silver. Please keep us informed on how well that works. Quick question; I've been seeing all the vids on excluders and I've never used one. Do you use one and how well do they work? Thanks for the info and good vid!

  • how come the bee hives are always white?

  • they are not.. would you likee me to paint it cammo?

  • lol, no, i just figured it would have to do something with attracting bee's

  • damit I was hopeing you would say yes so you could send me money for the paint... The reason most people uset to paint the hive white was white reflected sunlight keeping the inside of the hive cooler and so they could be easily seen

  • ahahaha, nice try
