hahaha, you pretty wrong on that one hey, dubai and abu dhabi sure have a bit of oil, they say they still have over 70years worth, but thats no what they live off, the oil only contributes less than 10% of their money, its real estate, tourism, financial services that gets alot of the cash, so pretty much, it isnt going to collapse

yeah i know how much comes from oil.... not alot.... tourism... they are building the place up to make it a touristy stop.... a way you have to think about it is.... they can reach any destination in the world from abu dhabi... or dubai.... so say your flying from england to australia.... you make that your halfway point... that is what they are trying to do.... i very much doubt they are going to go under... specially abu dhabi (seem to be alot smarter with money and development.

@jv180sx you seem to not understand that alot of their tourism comes from oil countries therefore there are not going to be many tourists and such a high maintenance place cannot live on its own , this would be like if everyone lost there jobs who would go to disney world? probably not many people therefore it would fail, plus there are going to be more efficient means of fuel
