Man, we need more of these stateside! The velomobiles, that is, not the cobblestone roads. I envy you guys--a whole pack of velos and here I've just seen one, and it wasn't even owned, just for sale.
The Mango is quite a lot lighter weight (we weighed the last one we made before Christmas and it was just 30.5 kg) and there is a lot more luggage space (room for 130l behind the seat in the Mango+). All three wheels are the same size on the Mango so you carry fewer spares. Mangos can have a very wide range of gearing, including hub gears as well as derailleurs and you can also have electric assist if you want.
No, we didn't ride to the event. It's a 400 km round trip. I drove the company van.
