I rock a T-8 and 3 mags against autos in woods ball and win all the time. you learn to pick your shots with one of these. I love mine so much i'm ordering a t 9.1 ranger for a present to my self.

All because the tpx has the tippmann name doesn't make it good. Tiberius is a pistol maker, while tippmann makes guns. Compairing a Tiberius to a tippmann is like compairing apples and bananas.

Im not sure you can get the 15 round mag already built. You can get the 8 round mag and the extension from amazon or any number of paintball distributors and then put it together. It is very simple to do... 2 mins max if you have not done it before

I dont have the gun with me at the moment to give you the number but it shoots a standard paintball. It shoots the same caliber as my Tippmann X7.

I have never shot a T9 but if it is anything similar to my T8 it will shoot pretty darn far. My T8 shoots about 300-400 feet depending on how new my CO2 is and that is coming from a pistol. A rifle will be a lot better at distance.

You can find them at dedicated paintball stores for 84 cents or around that. Or you can go to walmart and they have packs of 6 or 12 for 10 to 15 dollars.

I'm curious, are those refillable CO2 cartridges or are they one time use (as in they run out and they're not usable)? Also, is there compressed air cartridges?

No they are not refillable cartridges. They are cheap so that is not a problem. I have not found any compressed cartridges in a 12 gram size.

Are you using a fresh CO2 cartridge? It sounds like the balls aren't staying in place because there is not enough pressure

I can get 16 good shots with one CO2 cartridge which is two full magazines worth. It will keep shooting balls after 16 but the distance and velocity goes down significantly.

in my opinion i would go with the t9 if i could go back and do it again. I have been trying to convert my tac 8 to a tac 9 and it is hard trying to find all the pieces necessary. So if you are looking only for a pistol go with the tac 8. If you want the option to have a pistol or convert it to a rifle go with the tac 9. Also the Silencer that comes with the socom edition is a waste. All it does is make it heaver because it is not an actual silencer it is more for looks. Hope this has helped.

a co2 cartridge can be used for 3 or 4 fill ups of paint balls

I can usually only get 2 refills of balls for each c02. After that the pressure is so low that the ball does not go far enough or even have enough force to pop once it hits the target. So for me only about 2 clips worth of balls.

It is a mag extension not a separate magazine itself. You take apart the bottom of the mag and install the extension. It almost doubles the length of the entire mag and sticks out the bottom of the gum a good amount but it does not cause a problem. The mag cost 40 and the extension i got for 20.

i would say it is worth it if you play a lot of scenario games. It is definitely not a primary gun but is great for a back up. Most of the time i have to make myself use it because there is not many times were i have needed it. although i will say it has saved my butt a couple of times while i was reloading my hopper on my main gun and someone popped up from behind a bunker. I love the gun though.. it is a great pistol!

Most of the time when you need to use a 12 gram cartridge it is because you are not able to use a regular tank... but the 12 gram cartridges are not that expensive... i can get a 25 pack for $15 and since i only use them for my side arm it is not that bad. I can usually get through a game of woods ball with only 2 12 grams. Although if you used a tiberius as your primary gun you would go through a lot more but i dont think you would want to use a pistol as your main gun.

No the 12 gram cartridges are disposable basically. Once they are punctured and the air is used then they are done. There is no valve like a larger tank used on your main paintball gun... the mouth of the 12 gram tank has a seal and when you place the cartridge in to the gun a needle punctures the seal and air goes into the gun. Once the cartridge is done(for my tiberius it usually is 16 paintballs) i toss the spent cartridge.
