OHHH OHHH OHHHH!!!! Sweetie Pies is the best soul food place I've EVER eaten. I live in Chicago now, the Mecca of soulfood. Chicago has NOTHING on Sweetie's. I went to StL last weekend & i HAD to have some! When i had the greenbeans and i said,"I did not sign up for this". I didn't expect any restaurants' greenbeans to be that good.
to anyone in St. Louis i looked on a map for this place it is right down the road from Forrest Park right off of I-64 correct?

They arent closed. They were able to move to a bigger location because of the spotlight. They're now on Manchester. Still great food.
