Is this a 2003 from the 2003-2004 school year or the 2002-2003 school year? I know the school system I attended got these in the 2002-2003 school year and the 2003-2004 school year. But the only difference between the 2 is the upper side wall design along with the 4 intercom speakers per side instead of 3 and the International Logo above the drivers window and entry door. Which the model from 2002-2003 doesnt have.

I believe it is from the 2002-2003 school year. But it's dated as a 2004. I do remember back in the 4th grade riding it when new; so that's the 2003-2004. Well, the radio is how it was speced. You could spec as many as you so desire. Also with the specs, you can say if you want the logo or not.

Yes it is. A 2003 IC CE 300 with an International I-6, inline 6, diesel engine in it. Awesome bus.

@9sb19 Boley is a toy company. They made something called Dept. 1/87. They have 1/87 vehicles that are very detailed. One of the International truck toys are a IC CE International 3800. They have 2 diffrent CE's. NOTE: they went out of bisnuss so u cant buy they bus only the other toys. Does this help U?????

I got a guestion that I can't seem to figure out. It actually might be a dumb one but you seem to have a lot of videos of just one bus. Its a nice bus don't get me wrong but do you own this Bus in this said Video. If you do own thats awesome.

I don't own it, yet. Right now it's owned by my county and used for transporting the kids everyday. I have, however, made my mark on this bus and it's mine when they retire it. I just got the chance to mess around with it a lot because a friend's mom drove it.

Oh trust me, you will own a nice one someday. We all will. I love this bus and it still runs great being 8 years old. It's in awesome condition for it's age and has had no engine problems. Just a few minor computer ones before.

The school i went to had buses with lights like that except when the bus started up the color would come on.

That's how these are, the LED lenses are clear and so are the whole covers of the lights. I like them, but they act very confusing. When they first come on, they'll both flash. But cool, I like them. Thanks.

ONLY all our 2009 IC CE300's have led strobing lights and back stop signs with crappy cheapo lamp bulbs (there in one ofmy latest videosbetween part 3 and part 8)

Oh ok, cool. We've speced LED stop signs since 2003, with an exception of one Thomas FS-65. But since then, most buses here have had strobbing LEDs, or just LEDs for the warning lights.

every bus in our school district has these lights and the stop sign on our buses they have the word stop is lit up

Those are very nice stop sign to have, they make the bus look sharp. But I love the strobing LEDs to death, they are pretty good.

we have a bus in pocahontas county that is a 2008 ic corp with an allison automatic transmisson and it has the strobe led lights and the stop sign blinks stop when you open the door do you know if there are any in your county with a stop sign like that we only have 2 that are like that the other bus is 06 and it has the same motor and transmisson and stop sign

Yeah, our 2008 C2s have the Cummins 5.9 with a 6 speed Allison, I think. But they have dual stop signs and non storbbing LED warning lights.. but the head lights, warning lights, and both stop signs flash all together. Those have the stop signs that flash STOP, I think they are ok. But we've had several probalems with the stop signs on the C2s not wanting to come out when the reds are on.
