I read some parts of the Hall of the records long ago, and if I remember right, Willie and his brothers are created by Ottoborg to be funny and retarded, to be kinda jesters. But Willie still can realize the imprtance of these situations.

@JayEEisawsome Hoborg never made Willie, he was created by his brother Ottoborg. Sadly, Otto's world kinda fell apart because he forgot to add gravity, so Willie, Bil, and Willie's six brothers all went flying in different directions, some died. Wil and Bil managed to find eachother, and were found in space by Hoborg as he was on a quest to find the most perfect Klay in the universe, so that he could create his own world and people. Wil and Bil helped, and were invited to live in the Neverhood.

It's also in the game, and takes five whole minutes to walk down, nevermind the time it takes to read the entire wall, which documents everything that's happened in the worlds of Hoborg and his six brothers. Some are ridiculously long because they just list a buttload of names, but there's some real interesting stuff, even what the seven sons of Quater all look like. Otto's one of the best, IMO.

The best thing is that the "because..." is at the end of one of the video disks. And you don't find the next one until a while after. So you'll be watching that and thinking "because... because why?!"
