Niiiccceeeee;). Great vids and wonderful info u posted on the forum throughout your build. What welding method did u use for the hardtail chains? MIG or TIG? Would appreciate the info because I would like to use something similar and I want the strongest weld possible. By the way, how is it holding up?
The suicide shifter is pretty badass man, i dont think i could ever get used to one though lol I just bought an 80 cb650 last night and i plan on bobbin it asap once i figure everything out and find all of the supplies i need
Hi, i have a 1981 cb650 custom and i was wondering how you customized your bike cause i like the look of yours. mine is sitting in the garage for several years and it is in the original shape. If you can tell me what to do to make it look like yours i would love to try to do so. Thanks
bloody honda chokes! all my hondas have had that same problem where they don't stay out when you're trying to start it! luverly bike mate, sounds great when she's running!
It is a fuel problem i guess your carbs could use a good re jetting and sync what you've got there we call Hunting it's when it doesnt have a smooth idle
very cool , I just purchased a cb 650 to turn into a bobber , was looking around for Ideas , great video I like the chain idea for the ridged frame . the bike I bought is in realllly good shape , it will be a shame to rip it all apart ........ on second thought , no it wont . Bryan
Neat looking bike, try spraying starter fluid to help start it. When it gets hot, spray the carborator intakes with carborator cleaner each barrel at a time till each one dries up. That worked for mine.
In comparison to alot of other videos, that one was pretty good. A freash start and finish with no cuts.
@martino1972 god bless the early inline 4s and their lava spewing pipes. although any prayer will probably be drowned out by their +6500 rpm powerband...
Nice vid! That bob job looks really nice. :) Yeah, only dif. between how your bike is acting now and mine is mostly the choke high rpms (yours is around 3kish and min is 4-5k ish) and the fact that yours does that at 1*C and mine does that at 13*C. Oh, and my valves sound way better. ;) Thanks for making the vid, gives me something to compare to.

CB650s don't have a kick start. It's electric leg, or run/bump only.
