It would really be nice if you could do these in English. Also, you needed to show how to make the dosa batter within the same presentation for those who would rather make it from scratch.
@netone111 Hindi is not our National Language...it's the official language of India...India doesn't have a national language per se...but yea one could call it the unofficial national language..!!!!
my dosa come okay in terms of taste but i can never make it spread the way you did, that is whenevr i put the batter in the centre it gets dry and stiks to my laddle while i am spreading. Please tell me what is the secret behind the perfect spreading of the batter.

@SHUBHRA13 hey ... u can take rice nd urad dal (without chilka) in 2:1 proportion n soak them 2gether for overnite n then grind it n then leave it for sumtime for the fermentation... n then ur dosa batter will b ready....
@SHUBHRA13 Soak 1 cup of Urad Dal, 3-4 cups of long grain rice, 1 tbsp of Methi seeds, 1 cup of Poha separately overnight. Then grind everything together to fine consistency and let it ferment again for 4-6 additional hours. Your batter is ready.
very nice video i like it amazing..
