Looks like an important project. Note: at 0:42 there's a bird flying down as a plane passes but it looks like the plane has dropped a bombb, too strange! I wonder why the editors missed this?

yooo i luv this movie. i jus happened to glance at it as i was surfing through channels and i was hooked to it. this lil kid alejandro is AMAZING he will definitely be famous. great actor. ppl that dont understand that lifestyle might think its dumb. but wen u grow up like that u kno this movie is the powerful truth. ppl dont realize there are 12 yr old boys jus like that and younger, and 16 yr old girls jus like that and younger cuz they dont have a choice

I like this movie and totally agree with the 7.2 IMDB rating. Good story, strong actors and a New York City we don't see that much in movies. I think Willets Point must be a very interesting place.

I can recommend "DARK DAYS" which takes also place in New York and is about homeless people that live in NY subway tunnels. Kind o depressive throughout the movie, but I guess you will like it. Greetings from Austria!

It's always funny to watch movies by the yanks. They seem unable to realize that people from other countries who live in the US do not speak english to each other. Still a good movie, but there's a lot more I would've liked to see.

Agree with you. Looks to me like the producers scared a kind of disprofit if they would have some subtitled spanish. But I would not have the heart to say that this is just a phenomenon in the US. Also, related to this movie, Willets Point is in fact a place where people from many cultures live, so their common language is certainly english.

A really good indie film...grabs your attention while it shows the everyday life of a hustler.....thats 12 yrs old. Good directing film flows like a documentary.

its not horrible. its basically telling the story of how a young 12 year old boy has to make use of his neighborhood that he lives in (willit's point) because it's that run down and there's nothing there even if that means hussling, stealing, or working. you should def watch it. :)

it tells the story of a 12 year old boy who lives in willit's point and who has to make use of the area. he has no parents, only a sister and it basically shows how his life is and the things he has to do to earn money such as work hard, steal and even hussle. its really great you should def. watch it :)

Excellent film, it is really hard and boring sometimes to watch the protagonist in almost every shot. Not in this case of course, it is really pleasing to the protagonist (the lil kid) do such an amazing job. Character driven, great cinematography, great editing, well done film.
